EURO METAL TILE

The Euro metal tile has a profile height of 25 mm, a useful sheet width of 1100 mm and a transverse wave pitch of 220 mm. The appearance of the euro metal tile perfectly imitates the classic clay tile.

The Euro modular metal tile with a semicircular wave will give your roof a special appeal. And thanks to its technical characteristics, it will fit ball after ball tightly and hermetically. Which in turn provides greater protection compared to slate and shingles.

In appearance, Euro tile differs from other coatings precisely in its correct geometry and symmetry, which gives the roof a special pleasing look.

The advantages of this material include:

  • installation without leakage
  • increased resistance to metal corrosion
  • the possibility of selecting the desired color according to the RAL palette

The metal tile has a matte polymer color surface that does not fade in the sun and perfectly retains its original color.

Here is an example of colors according to the RAL palette: wine red (3005), oxide red (3009), brown red (3011), leaf green (6002), moss green (6095), chrome green (6020), deep blue (5005), brown copper (8004), brown chocolate (8017), taupe (8019) gray (7004), graphite gray (7024), dark black (9005)

The composition of the metal tile:

  • Steel sheet
  • Zinc layer
  • Anti-corrosion coating
  • Ground layer
  • polymer layer

Since the metal tile consists of many layers, it dampens the noise from raindrops.

Basic polymer coatings:

Polymers are often used to cover roofs and to protect them from mechanical and atmospheric influences. They have the property of recovery after deformation. Three types of polymers are considered the most popular

Polyester - A simple and budget material. Most often glossy. Among the shortcomings, it should be noted compliance with mechanical stress during transportation and installation, so you should do it carefully

Plastisol is one of the roughest coating materials. Therefore, it perfectly tolerates mechanical damage and temperature effects.

Polyvinyl fluoride is made up of acrylic and has a glossy appearance. It shows itself perfectly under the influence of the sun, does not fade and retains its color during painting and further operation.

For your convenience, Almet offers other additional roofing materials:

  • mounts
  • heaters
  • adjoining strips
  • insulating materials
  • drainage systems
